Check-in begins at 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon). If you’re arriving after hours, just give us a call ahead of time and we’ll make sure everything is ready for you. We appreciate your help in keeping to these times so each site can be cleaned and guest-ready.

For stays of six nights or fewer, a one-night deposit plus tax is required at booking. This deposit is fully refundable with at least 7 days’ notice. Changes or cancellations within 7 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

For stays of seven nights or longer, a $200 deposit is required. If plans change within 30 days of arrival—including cancellations or shortened stays—a $200 service fee will apply.

Our sites range from 28 to 60 feet. With 99 full-hookup sites—including 11 pull-throughs—there’s room to settle in comfortably, whether you’re staying a few nights or a little longer.

Every site includes full hookups: water, sewer, and electric. You’ll also have a picnic table and fire pit at your site, along with access to resort amenities like our indoor heated pool and spa, rec room, and laundry facilities.

Our General Store offers gasoline, diesel, and propane, along with basic supplies to keep your stay easy and well-stocked.

We fill propane tanks on-site until sundown or until the office closes—whichever comes first. We do not sell or exchange propane tanks.

All RVs must be fully self-contained, with permanent sleeping and cooking facilities and proper hookups. We do not allow tent camping, car camping, rooftop tents, or sleeping in passenger vehicles.

Yes—we’re both. Well-behaved pets are welcome and must be leashed, attended, and cleaned up after at all times. Families are always welcome, and the park is designed to be comfortable for guests of all ages.

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the park. Because of our wooded setting, satellite and Starlink connections can be unreliable and are not guaranteed.

Each site includes one RV and one tow vehicle, both of which must fit within the site. If needed, overflow parking is available for additional vehicles.

Rates include two guests. Additional guests over age five are $3 per day, and children under five stay free.

We allow stays of up to 21 nights within a 30-day period. After that, guests must stay off-site for at least 7 days before returning.

While we don’t offer long-term stays, our seasonal “Puffin” special (typically mid-October through mid-March) includes storage plus up to 8 overnight stays per month—a flexible option for frequent coastal visits.

Yes—our indoor heated pool and spa are open year-round, offering a warm place to unwind after a day at the beach.

We’re located just a few blocks from the beach and about half a mile from Haystack Rock. Downtown Cannon Beach—with its restaurants, galleries, and shops—is within easy walking or a short drive.

We’re committed to providing a welcoming experience for all guests. Our website and booking system meet WCAG 2.0 AA standards, and we make reasonable efforts to ensure accessibility throughout the park. If you have specific needs, we encourage you to reach out ahead of your stay.

We aim to keep the park comfortable and respectful for everyone. Campfires are allowed in designated fire pits, and propane or smokeless fire features are welcome with care.
